Review on 🧳 Convenient Color WOW Travel Kit: Shampoo, Conditioner, and More! by Patricia Goliday

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works quite well when used correctly.

I am convinced that those who leave rave reviews are using this product correctly and (with few exceptions) those who leave negative reviews are using it incorrectly. Why? Because instructions are open to interpretation. As? The directions say to apply liberally to towel dried hair, but what is liberal and what is towel dried hair. See my point. They also don't explain that it's best used for drying hair with tension, and most home hair dryers don't get that hot. So I'm a licensed professional who's been waiting to try this product and I'm giving it four stars because I believe it actually works when used correctly (some people may still have issues because not all hair is created equal as always exceptions). When I used this (remember my hair was long and reached mid-back below the shoulder blades, so for short hair I suggest spraying less than I do, maybe 4 instead of 6, which is soon will make sense). I have done this, I have used this product in two different ways: 1. Applying to still damp but towel dried hair that does not drip and using a lot (as I saw in a YouTube video) and 2. Applying to my hair that was really damp where the ends were just starting to show dryness and applied a total of 6 sprays to the roots, mid-lengths and ends front and back (this is where the 4 sprays for shorter hair come in). My results, first use was not fun, hair is too wet when literally just towel dry. Hair runs down when applied in large amounts, but wet hair dilutes the product too much, making my hair frizzier than the product didn't provide adequate thermal protection. Applying it to damp hair, showing only signs of dryness (70-80% dry I think, and using just a few sprays on each section while blow drying gave much better results. (Shampoo and conditioner are actually pretty good for my hair but this review is more for the dreamcoat spray) You should also use draft and actual heat when blow drying, the hottest heat your hair can handle, I know people hardly suffer from heat damage and the like but I've never experienced this (I take good care of my hair and I have a secret weapon) In fact my hair likes heat, hot heat even on my bleached, dyed hair I use a flat iron at 450 and my blow dryer at about the same Now add it will add a little shine, depending on your natural hair shine and proper application. To be honest I think professionals should show people how to use this product properly etc. kt on their hair. And most people don't know what works and what doesn't on their hair. And many people always use too much product and apply it at the wrong time, or when the hair is too wet, and almost never brush it it. But if this product dries your hair out, I suggest rinsing it with distilled water after shampooing and conditioner, distilled water at room temperature, wrap your hair in a towel and let it sit for a while, and once it's no longer wet add some jojoba oil (or argan oil) and comb through your hair starting at the ends, slowly working your way down to the roots and then letting it air dry should help a lot.
