In general, I thought the bracelet was quite cool because it alerts you to incoming calls, which is incredibly helpful given that my phone is now permanently set to vibrate-only mode. This function was very helpful to me because it detected tachycardia, which prompted me to go to the hospital in a timely manner, where they were able to determine the reason for this behavior of the heart muscle. Measuring the pulse every half an hour was very helpful to me. Yet I can't call the pedometer objective because it counts steps even when you're doing things like washing dishes or dusting. On the other hand, 12,000 steps each and every day:) It needs to be charged once every seven days. Before making a purchase, I thoroughly research the product by reading reviews, which can sometimes take up to a month. I have a full charge that will last for seven days. I make use of a pedometer, sleep tracker, pulse monitor, timer, reading messages, and a training timer. In addition, the payment goes toward the cost of maintaining the connection with the phone. But, I am pleased with the purchase, as the wristband for exercising is of very high quality.
