Not waterproof and the screw holes didn't fit
The shelf was bought to fit in a narrow space in the kitchen next to my microwave. Easy to assemble but the holes didn't match. Luckily the wood is soft enough to be hand screwed without a pilot hole. A small screwdriver is included. The wood is varnished without a top coat, so it is not waterproof. I turned the top shelf upside down to get more space underneath. .
