When I first used this mount, my phone almost fell on the floor. There are two screws holding the base to the mount, and on my first ride with this mount, one of the two screws popped out and the other didn't get far behind. I went to the local hardware store and bought two more 3mm bolts and reinstalled them with Loctite and both bolts started loosening after the third bike ride. So I either got a defective one or this two piece mount was poorly designed and will happen to others. I'm past my return deadline so just wanted to warn other buyers to look for another one.
