Pros: works! I've been using it twice a day for 1 week and my teeth have already improved by 1-2 levels of whitening (there is a shade grading card in the pack for easy checking). Considering that I drink coffee, tea and red wine regularly, that's no small feat! I'm sure I'll hit a few more milestones of improvement if I keep using it regularly. Other advantages include ease of use and value for money (seems to last 1 month easily). Cons: It's pretty messy. I still have to perfect the way I use it so it doesn't splatter on the sink and bathroom mirror. This is very frustrating. Use in the shower helps, but this is only possible with daily use. Other downsides are extra time: In addition to the post-cleaning (which takes time), I also brushed my teeth twice each time, once with regular toothpaste and once with this whitening product. Other people might not, but I just don't feel like my teeth are clean without mint toothpaste! :) Overall, I would recommend this product for its effectiveness and value for money.
