I bought this because it was very expensive to buy a pair of nose pads and it comes with multiple pairs. The included nose pads worked perfectly, the screws aren't sorted the way I'd like (seems like they moved the cells around in transit or weren't sorted properly to begin with), but the main issue with the kit is that the screwdrivers -Bits aren't sharp enough for screws - the Phillips in particular is too thick for the screw slots - they don't turn screws well at all. Also trying to hold the screws with tweezers while trying to tighten them is a pain as they are metal and the screw just slips out of the handle. It would be nice if the tips of the tweezers had some kind of rubbery coating. I ended up just trying to use my fat fingers and a separate screwdriver I got from one of those $3 glasses sets at the register, but at least the screw selection is good.
