Missing parts, poor quality, unusual design, negative sprockets
Missing parts. For one of the red plugs I had to contact the manufacturer. I was told to call Revane but did nothing. Bianca at DB Roth. Raven didn't help either. Supposed to send it back and order again. NO WAY! The two sides are just mesh, and the material tears with a cat's claw. A "canopy" is a vertical piece of material that prevents the cat from getting up. It is strange. Worst service I have ever had from Revain.
