Review on Infinity PRV250 Stereo Receiver 45143 by Anthony Hales

Overall, this is a fantastically compact little device, barring two flaws. I gave it a low rating because it's a serious issue and the support team wasn't helpful. 1.) The Bluetooth volume is 50% of the volume of the radio or auxiliary device. Most people use Bluetooth to listen to music most of the time. It looks like the "loud" function doesn't work with bluetooth. With the background noise of the boat engine, it is difficult to listen to Bluetooth music when the engine is running much higher than idle. This volume problem randomly disappears once per blue moon, but 90% of the time I'm stuck with an unusable volume. I always have full volume on the radio and additional devices without any problems. 2.) Prospec Customer Service (which is the company that Harman Karden sends you to for customer service) is not responding. I left several messages unanswered. At the moment I would not recommend this unit or others serviced by Prospec. If this is not fixed soon I will have to buy from another manufacturer which is a shame as I have been an endless friend for over 25 years due to great products and support.
