Exact picture, you can definitely see it was used (no problem as I bought used anyway) Was a little dirtier than expected. Cosmetics aside, the DS performs well. 3ds did not fully factory reset, in fact I had to guess the parental control password (it was 1234, xs, as I guessed on the first try) but the seller was easy to communicate with and he did his best to help me ( parents aren't always better with electronics so i didn't get mad) finally there is a problem with the 3ds itself, although when loading and playing at the same time sometimes the screen brightness dims and it flickers, but that only happens when it's loading and i pull the cord
