One of the two didn't work during testing before applying mains voltage. After removing the dome, I saw that the neutral (white) wire was not properly soldered to the circuit board that holds the LEDs and electronics and was moving freely within the plastic cover over the circuit board. It seems to me that soldering black and white wires that connect to mains voltage to a PCB without proper strain relief for the wires is a bad and dangerous design. For example, if the black (hot) and white wires are separated during installation, they will be close enough to touch and cause a short circuit that could start a fire if the circuit breaker or fuse blows. I would not recommend this item. I'm an electrical engineer.
