The best team collaboration tool in the market for sure
The best part is that it has an unlimited number of extensions which makes managing clients easier than ever before! I can't think about anything bad at this point because everything works perfectly fine for me so far but there's nothing really particular i dislike or recommend either - just use them if they suit well enough without any problems :) It helps us manage client relationships better by being able solve their business needs easily using its feature rich platform.- Ability to add multiple users simultaneously allows team members who work remotely easy access through software when working together online via video meetings / conference calling sessions.
Pros
- Easy way how you're capable connect with your customers from remote locations
- No need in setting up new extension every time we want something changed, simply install as many times needed (like adding additional agents)
- Flexibility within settings allow user decide what should be done next after call ends instead making decisions themselves during calls
Cons
- Mostly okay, but...
