The most helpful part of our listing is that it allows us to see what agents are searching for in order to market their properties, so we can adjust accordingly! It's also easy enough (and fun) when you're trying out new listings or adding them with different descriptions/photos etc - there seem like endless possibilities which makes creating great content even easier than before!! I wish they had more features but overall this has been very beneficial as far as marketing goes especially since all MLSs have similar search functionality now anyways- not much else really atm haha :). This helps keep my team focused towards producing good quality data without having too many distractions from other clients who don't need such services :).
