just what I was looking for

This arrived and is my 3rd attempt to find something to fit my Min Pin. Though it could be a little smaller I have it drawn up as much as possible at least it will stay on until he grows a little more. (5lbs)It is well made and easy to see. I wish it came in neon green vs yellow but it still gets an A+ from me!
