This is a great looking shoe with lots of custom fit options. Unfortunately, it still needs an extra strap to fit properly, but it might fit you perfectly. The heel is a bit loose so it slips off although my heel is not narrow. However, it looks great and reminds me of a pair of suede, crepe-soled basketball shoes that were the most comfortable shoes Bass ever made (actually, years ago he wasn't known for producing very unusual designs). The brown hue is really flattering and the overall construction is premium - no creases under the metatarsal bones. The sizing is odd and for a 6.5-7 street size, average was just about right (or will be if it stretches a bit). A great look that doesn't quite fit, but is worth touching up for its interesting visuals!
