The thin black horizontal thread gives the shirt a really cool look in comparison to the single-colored sections. It's nice and stretchy, which makes it very easy to put on and take off and very comfortable to wear. I even slept in it one night (albeit accidentally), although I was glad to see it wasn't a crumpled mess when I woke up. It is well made and holds up well to washing. I'm a fairly tall guy and prefer shirts with horizontal stripes to thin vertical stripes under the arms. So I'm also looking forward to ordering the Light Blue and Deep Teal versions.
