I like the fact that it allows me to view many aspects of our online presence and allows us to make adjustments to our marketing channels. The platform is easy to use once you get familiar with its various functions. We have been unable to migrate from version 7 to 8. There are issues with uploading files and also being able to navigate between tabs in different versions. Also, the upgrade can be quite costly and we would need assistance to do so. It helps track metrics and allow for an analysis of what content works best where. This helps us determine which websites should remain as hubs or which ones should be optimized for specific keywords. The ease of use, how it integrates with Google Analytics (GA) so well - I can see all my data in one place! It's not easy to find this kind of tool out there today. So far everything has worked great but sometimes when we have an issue or something goes wrong they are quick at responding back to us which helps a lot. We've been able to get more information about our traffic sources and where people come from as compared to GA alone.
