Terrible sound quality!
These Maxell headphones sound absolutely awful and very tinny! It's also very difficult to put them on over the ears because the cord attaches to the end of each ear clip (rather than the speaker section). Loud enough. If you really want *great* sounding clip-on headphones, I recommend the Koss KSC75. In addition, the Koss are very comfortable and easy to put on and take off.
