Method of storing metal plates.

I've tried different chip storage solutions and thought I'd settled on one that worked, but it was starting to get bulky. Decided to try them after reading the rave reviews. I bought a Spellbinder Magnetic Die Case and started filling in the sheets. Each contains LOTS of cubes - four sets of Nestabilities Spellbinders circles (Criticists of Nestabilities Spellbinders Wizard, classic and standard circles, a set of 4 for example, fits on two sheets with a little extra. I organize mine into categories. - - Shapes (eg (e.g. ovals, circles, pennants, banners, etc.), flowers/plants/leaves, labels, Swirls and frames as well as letters/words. I currently have 3 cases, and I have labeled each case with the category(ies) it contains. I also included a small label at the top of each sheet so I can quickly find specific stamps that I use frequently. So far I'm very happy with them. I've noticed that some (not all) of these sheets tend to curl. When that happens, I use two heavy baking sheets and some books to press them down as a sort of "press": a few books on the bottom, then a baking sheet, then a magnetic sheet, then another baking sheet, and finally a stack. books from above. Leave it on for about 3 days and it will come out flat. So far, so good! I think it's great, that I now have everything organized and they fit nicely on my workshop shelves without taking up much space (my old way of organizing took up a lot of valuable craft shelves). Very happy! I also included a small label at the top of each sheet so I can quickly find specific stamps that I use frequently. So far I'm very happy with them. I've noticed that some (not all) of these sheets tend to curl. When that happens, I press them with two heavy baking sheets and some books as a kind of "press": some books on the bottom, then a baking sheet, then a magnetic sheet, then another baking sheet, and finally a stack. books from above. Leave it on for about 3 days and it will come out flat. So far, so good!
