There have been comments that this machine does not work with their printer. I have an Ender 5 Pro with a 4.2.7 controller board and the device pops into the micro SD slot and stays connected. It can be read on the control board and I was able to print something with this setting. I plan to go through the printables on Thingiverse.com and print out the extension holder. If you have other control boards than Micro SD reader, they may be different from mine. They should all be the same, but some other buyers had issues. I'll update this once I find and print the holder.
