They're not terrible. The lack of powder makes them a little difficult to put on, especially when there is a certain percentage of moisture around you, but once they're on they fit really well and have never ripped on me. I'm a geek who HATEs touching raw meat, garlic or greasy things with my bare hands, so gloves are the only thing that helps me stay sane while cooking. It took about 12 of them to figure out how to put these gloves on properly, but once I did I stopped complaining.
