The strap is strong but the rings are uncomfortable. I switched to NATO style.
That's exactly what it says, but it wasn't convenient. Rings are too heavy/bulky. I switched to a NATO style strap for more subtle depth. Maybe ZULU style would be better if I was in some kind of fight or really violent scenario, but sometimes I rest my forearms/wrists on the table and don't want to sit on 1/4 inch metal. However, it was very sturdy.
