I've always had bad luck with headphones. Some will not work, some will be missing parts or will be forcibly removed from the game system. However, when I received this headset, it was pretty cool. The sound quality is amazing, it sits well on my head, and I haven't had many instances of the cable breaking out of the headset because the controller was dropped. The downside is that headphones (depending on how sensitive your skin is) can cause irritation around your ears. The first few times I wore the headset, it itched like crazy behind and around my ears. But after a while this feeling goes away. The delivery time was great and the instructions for setting up the headset were clear. Just follow them to the letter T and be patient. :)
