Good and quality product, but there are flaws.

In general, I do not regret, as usual, that I bought it. Best quality and price ever. Excellent art glass. A creative lens for the especially leisurely photographers. Lightweight and comfortable, able to cover long distances in a small bag. 50% of the shots are satisfying, the rest are simply amazing. Gorgeous portraits. Bokeh is like that of sophisticated telephoto cameras, but you need to get used to it. You can shoot with 1.2 around the clock.

Pros
  • Excellent aperture, optics without any perspective distortion, very comfortable. Gorgeous bokeh, naturally clearer compared to zoom lenses. On my 5DM2 became without additional adjustment. Pictures more transparent and saturated compared to 24-105mmf/4L.
Cons
  • High price. Compared to zooms, you don’t have to stand still. AF is worse than at 70-200mmf / 4L. Open and up to 1.8 - XA, slight vignetting at the edges of the frame and, of course, the sharpness is not the same as in medium and higher aperture values.
