Not at all what was expected. The pairing process was very easy, the sound quality for music was amazing, but when on the phone, the person on the other end had a lot of interference, wind, poor voice quality on the phone, etc. My biggest issue with this product was when I stepped out of range of my work truck, he didn't want to reconnect and even gave me connection errors when I tried to reconnect, which was frustrating at times since I was using it for directions and conversation. I even tested it by turning my truck off and disconnecting it from the assist device and charger, but no better results. It just seemed a little buggy with the connection. Can't say it was complete crap but the connection issue became too obvious, I mean it's bluetooth that should connect remotely lol. I've since returned it and tried a different brand because I don't want cords hanging around everywhere. We hope that after a few weeks of use, this review will help you make the right choice.
