I really liked these seat covers, basically I got them to protect my seats from juice splatter and crumbs, my drivers seat cover was torn, I didn't even need it for a long time, to tear them apart, but of course they were torn apart, and now everything is crippled. I contacted them to inquire about a replacement and have never returned anything after sending them a product picture! Good product, poor quality and really bad customer service! Edit: It's been a few months since I applied and tried to get a replacement but I couldn't, and I received a random email asking if I still needed a replacement and apologize for my previous behavior from representatives! This time it was very nice, the covers serve their purpose, the rear seat cover is highly recommended! I really liked these cases, so I'm very glad I was able to find a replacement! I really hope this one lasts!
