I like that it is very user friendly! It's not hard to use at all for anyone who has basic computer skills. The reporting system makes it really simple to see what you've accomplished in certain areas of your marketing plan - whether or not they're meeting their goals. There are some things we don't have access too (such as tracking keywords) but overall this tool works well for us. We can easily track how many people click on each link within an email campaign. This helps me decide which links need more attention from my team members so that we increase engagement throughout. It also allows us to create custom reports showing different data depending upon specific needs. For example, if one person clicks through 10 times per day then he/she will be highlighted by color whereas someone clicking once every two weeks won’t show up until later dates when his activity increases.
