There are two modes: regular and dynamic (improved standard). I was able to get a sharp shot using a handheld 200mm lens. To this day, I have never used autofocus. Nonetheless, including a few instances works quite nicely. This lens has very good sensitivity due to its straight arms. Apertures between 5.0 and 8.0 provide the best results in terms of sharpness. Possesses drawbacks: Heavy. The cost is excessive. Highly! The manual zoom's formerly precise motion has become slightly sloppy with use. The sound starts when you tilt it down. The stub gave out in the start of the fourth year of service. The cable has probably just worn out. Currently being remodeled.
