Quality cotton balls and swabs

I don't wear heavy makeup but I use waterproof eyeliner and mascara that need proper cleaning. I use the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cleansing Lotion on days when I have time, but on my lazy days I cleanse with micellar water (also Neutrogena) and 1 cotton pad is all I really need. If you use heavy makeup, 1 cotton pad is not enough.
