I bought this to replace a 3 year old refurbished SB6183. 6 months later I had had enough with the CM600 - while ALL the lights were still connected, in fact very often there was no data connection and a reboot was required to recover. Such failures occurred at least twice a month. Eventually a reboot didn't work, the xFinity Troubleshoot couldn't detect the modem so I had to switch back to the SB6183, the connection to Comcast reestablished immediately and has been stable ever since. For now I'm sticking with the Arris modem.
