PROS1. Powerful: The vacuum picked up a lot of dirt and particles from carpets, hardwood floors and textured stone floors (see photos 1-1, 1-2, 2 and 3). I used to use the cordless Eureka model (because of its portability and light weight) for vacuuming carpets and rugs; but its vacuum power was much weaker compared to LunaGlow. LunaGlow can pick up a lot more hair and dust from my carpets and rugs (see photo 2)2. Vacuum and mop in one: I used to pick up particles and dirt from wooden floors with the Eureka cordless vacuum and then use the Shark Steam & Mop to mop the floors clean. With the LunaGlow G1, I only need ONE machine to clean my floor.3. Great on Textured Stone Floors (Photo 3): I used to hand wash my textured stone floors because my Eureka and Shark didn't work well on that type of floor. And yet the LunaGlow G1 can do it! I mopped the stone floor regularly; However, LunaGlow picks up some dirt from my floor (see photo 4). No hand washing from now on! Wireless communication and rotating handle: These functions make the machine operation much easier.5. Standalone: The LunaGlow handle tilts forward approximately 30 degrees, allowing the vacuum to stand alone without having to lean against a wall.6. Self-cleaning cycle: This function makes it easier for me to clean the machine after floor work. I like my devices to be very clean; So, after working on the floor, I ran two self-cleaning cycles. It saves that each cycle only takes 60 seconds. The cycles have cleaned the roller and the piping (see photos 5 and 6 and the attached video). After that, I used the brush that came with the vacuum to clean the roller cover to make sure no fine hairs were left behind.7. Good Packing: All items were well wrapped and packaged. No items were damaged upon arrival.8. Design: The vacuum height suits me (5ft 2in). Aside from the top handle and swivel, the recovery tank handle and the additional handle on the back of the main body help me a lot to maneuver the machine with ease. Weight: A little heavy for a small person like me to carry up and down the stairs. For an average weight user, weight shouldn't be an issue. I have tried several industrial grade vacuums in the past and they were much heavier than the LunaGlow G1.2. Loudness of voice instructions compared to engine noise: Voice instructions faded out when the engine was running. However, when the engine is off, the voice volume is excellent. Personally, I prefer a female voice over a male voice for instructions; However, a neutral vote may be appropriate as this is the current trend in the market. The following is an update as of October 7, 2021: I vacuumed a 16 x 16 foot bedroom rug that was cleaned with Eureka about 6 days ago. and LunaGlow collects a lot of hair and dust!
