Not the best quality, but generally not bad.
I did not notice the orthopedic effect! Pillow as a pillow with its own advantages and disadvantages! In general, nothing special! Got pros: No need to fluff up like my old feather pillow. Comfortable to sleep on your side. Got cons: Tall and tough! I wouldn’t say that it’s comfortable to sleep on your back - in general, I didn’t notice much difference from a feather pillow! But on the stomach, it’s not comfortable at all! I would not say that I sleep better on it!
