Everything is great! The ability to create my own playlists for different types of content makes it easy to organize all our video projects in one place which really speeds up any creative process we have going through them at this point (i'm not just being nice). I wish there was more metadata available when using their cloud platform so that you could export information about individual assets like title or length without having to open each file individually; but other than minor details everything works exactly as expected from what i've seen thus far. They're making some very good improvements over time - they started out by only supporting audio files natively but now also support mp4 formats via third-party plugins/extensions such as ffmpeg, mencoder etc., among others - these are much easier to use then trying manually transcode your media yourself from various sources including multiple browsers' web player API's if applicable.
