Very comfortable to write like with a real pen that works on my iPad Pro. But it wears out. I mean, maybe it doesn't wear out very quickly, but it does wear out at a noticeable rate. Mine wears out every month for every tip. It's also very easy to lose sometimes if you like playing with the pen while thinking. But overall recommended! Definitely way better than putting an anti-glare screen protector on your iPad.
