When I bought this I was about to write a very negative review because the huge hole in the head couldn't hold my razor. Mach 3 only, but the razor handle was too thin. However, I realized very quickly that if I pressed hard enough there would be a hard rubber bushing at the back that holds it in place very well. Also, it took a little while to understand the coordination, but it worked out well. The razor didn't twist or twitch - the head held it very well. I went - I still use it on my back.
