I hadn't had a board for about 10 years before buying this one. I wanted an inexpensive board that I can use when my kids ride scooters. I initially liked the board. It seemed to be built pretty well, especially for a sub $20 board. After a short ride, the board showed signs of wear. Layers began to peel off on the tail. The second time I ollie it, it cracked like it was made out of balsa. I wasn't expecting heirloom quality for the price, but I was expecting basic performance. i will return it
