Terrible office electronics phone
This phone is driving me crazy and I really need to find a good replacement. First, the speakerphone doesn't work at all. The sound quality is terrible and the people on the other end of the line can't hear me, which indicates a bad microphone. Second, something is wrong with the dial tones. When I try to respond to VRU prompts, VRU consistently misinterprets keystrokes. Sometimes individual keystrokes are skipped or duplicated. This also happens when I dial very slowly and with extreme caution.
