I am happy with the buy overall. A useful ally in the cleaning process, especially for routine maintenance. Listed below are some advantages: It's been about a month since I started using the mop. First, the positives: I enjoyed using the steamer and was able to remove stubborn stains from the floor and baseboard that had previously been impossible to remove. I used the steamer to swiftly and effectively remove wrinkles from my down jacket and the entire house's curtains. After a number of repairs, I finally got around to cleaning the ancient gas stove, removing oil, dust, and filth from places no one ever looks. Have disadvantages: My personal list of complaints includes the following: - despite the product's name, I rarely use it for mopping. The mop handle isn't very sturdy and feels like it might snap at any moment; the nozzle for cleaning mirrors and glasses works well but often leaves streaks (though this could just be me); and it's much simpler to use a regular rag or mop to clean the floors and save the steam generator for spot removal and general cleaning.
