The ability to record multiple channels at once with one app! This allows me greater flexibility when tracking down leads by recording calls from different sources simultaneously without having to open up separate apps or tabs for each source call I am working off of (ie - Google Hangouts).

Also being able to have my recordings automatically transcribed makes it easier than ever before to keep track of what was said during our conversations since transcription can be easily done as soon after an interview has been completed. Being that this product integrates seamlessly into your google chrome browser you do not need any additional software installed/running which helps avoid potential security risks associated with running other programs like Skype while using VOIP services such as hangout etc..
