I'm sorry to be the one to break the terrible news to you, but Sosolism fell short of my expectations. While they do provide a respectable range of maternity wear, women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, there are undoubtedly some areas where they fall short. Their pricing are first and foremost uncompetitive with those of other online retailers operating in the same market. Similar goods can sometimes be found for even less money and of higher quality at other stores. For consumers searching for a deal, this is a significant issue, but Sosolism just can't offer. Their size was yet another problem I had. They do provide a variety of sizes, however their sizing chart isn't always precise. The outfit I ordered in my usual size was far too tiny. Customer care was not very helpful when I contacted them about it and they essentially told me I was out of luck. I was put off by this and was reluctant to do business with them in the future. Last but not least, despite being responsive, their customer care representatives occasionally lack product understanding. When I inquired about a specific piece of jewelry, the salesperson appeared to be reading from a script and had little to say. Overall, Sosolism has potential, but if they want to compete with other online fashion merchants, they must raise their game. If they want to win the patronage of their customers, they must enhance their pricing, sizing, and customer service.
