My wife got this for me as a birthday present as I am an avid runner and needed a good strap to hold my phone and water bottle. It fits well and is quite comfortable and the pockets are big enough for my phone and keys. The problem is the bottle holder. It's essentially a sleeve of elastic fabric sewn to the belt in a small square, and this small surface area allows the water bottle holder to bounce in all directions as it moves. I tried running with it and it was practically useless as my water bottle was thrown all over the place and crashed into me as I ran. The holder would have to be sewn to the belt along the full length of the bottle and with a much wider base to attach it to the belt. I went back and read other reviews where people warned that the bottle cage flops everywhere making it useless for anything other than brisk walking. It's a shame it's designed so poorly because it's a good strap, but for running it's useless if you're using a water bottle cage. In the end I returned it.
