Very heavy, awkward to use and manipulate, my hands are not large enough to simultaneously press the center button and constantly slide the slide switch to the knife control position. The blades aren't close enough together to get a clean cut on everything I tried to cut. I couldn't even cut through the ribbed eye without a few tries. The trademark on the box was NOT Chefman - although I didn't save the box, the trademark on the box began with a V. The knife itself does not look like the knife shown in the photos on your website. very upset.
