The image shown on the product page here at Revain is old style for these cases. Now they have small pin holes on top and they are not clear. They are the same color as the rest of the case. In fact, Maxell's double CD cases, which you can find at places like K-Mart, are what you get when you order them. These are normal boxes. Their main flaw is the same design flaw present in all double CD cases made after Office Depot discontinued its own brand. Office Depot had a round button holder in the center. These are tough. The teeth tend to break easily by simply pressing the button to release the disc from the case. There is another design flaw with these and most double hulls now in production. As mentioned in another review of these cases, discs tend to fall out of the case when you open it. The middle keys don't hold them very securely. In fact, there's nothing wrong with these cases, which isn't the case with other double CD cases I've tried since Office Depot stopped making their excellent designs.
