Choice for round oval heads looking for a Snell on a budget
Bell is the only option for round oval heads looking for a Snell on a budget. I used it as a base for a custom helmet that I painted. I do not recommend anyone paint their helmets as sanding the shell and paint can affect the safety of the helmet. It's also quite comfortable on 90+ day days as long as you open the visor a bit. Would have liked more ventilation but that's not to be expected for the price you pay.
