Too many problems. Replaced 3 times
The first one crashed a few times and the screen broke very easily after playing with it for 4 years. I bought a second one, it was also faulty. The third one not only crashed but also said the application stops every 15 minutes. I did factory tests and I'm still going. This started before I even had a chance to download apps onto the device. I did a total of 7 factory resets before deciding to return it for the 3rd time. Great customer service but not a good device
