Perfectly balanced and razor sharp!
My knife arrived two days ago. This blade is very well balanced for my hand and very sharp. I bought paired knives two to three times more expensive and more expensive. The Brooklyn Knife Company paring knife is just as good and in my opinion even better. It's all about balance and grip length. It fits my hand perfectly! I plan to replace one or two of my other knives with blades from this company soon. This should be considered a BIG PURCHASE. You don't have to spend a lot of money for a quality blade.
