2012 town and country with 185,000 miles. I have two keychains but have used one keychain for the most part. BOTH broke down at almost the same time, despite one being in use and the other lying in a closet. They are probably rated for 10 years. At the same time, he bought this "skin" hoping to save a few bucks. The plan was to buy one and see how it works. If all went well I would buy a second skin for the second key fob. I got the skin I ordered but it's low and now it doesn't work well. Two functions failed. I sent it back and got a replacement promptly - almost the next day. The second skin lived up to expectations and fulfilled all functions. I can't say anything about durability. But this is an inexpensive solution. I'll try to leave the finishing to durability. All keys require different pressure patterns to lock/unlock/unlock doors. Give it a few more months and it probably won't work anymore.
