Review on 🔧 Sony PS3 Disc Drive Replacement Laser Lens and Deck KES-400A/ KEM-400AAA Models + Nextec T10 Screwdriver Bundle by Hesham Peltier

I recently had a nostalgia fit and decided to dust off my first PS3 to play some games. 🤓 At the same time, I quickly realized that I needed to upgrade his 20GB drive and decided to replace it with a 1TB drive. Then I disassembled the console to remove the dust accumulated over 15 years. Ouch! 😬 After assembling, I thought everything was ready. However, after a few weeks, the Blu-ray drive started to freeze. I cleaned the lens but to no avail. My last desperate attempt was to replace the entire lens plate. 🤷‍♂️ I took a chance and not only did it arrive much sooner than expected, the installation was relatively easy. Unscrew a few screws.
