Review on 🚽 Chassis Flushable Foam: Moisturizing Cleansing Solution and Toilet-Paper Enhancer – Alternative to Flushable Wipes by Joseph Montes

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Like the concept but annoying; expensive compared to alternatives

I like the overall concept of this vacuum cleaner. Instead of dealing with pre-moistened wipes that can't be flushed (even the ones that say they're "flushable" aren't actually flushable), it's the suds you put on regular toilet paper. It is distributed as a light foam in a very controlled way, so there is no mess. The problem is that the foam is irritating. I have hemorrhoids and I usually use pure witch hazel to help cleanse and relieve swollen tissue. It cleans well and contains witch hazel as one of the ingredients, but causes noticeable irritation. I think this can be due to either menthol or citric acid in the composition. Regardless of the reason, the end result (no pun intended) is a very uncomfortable backside after use. This is a zero star product for me, but I'm giving it 2 stars because the concept is sound and it dispenses foam much more accurately than the sprays I've tried that are used with toilet paper. I wouldn't rate it above 2 stars, even if it wouldn't be annoying given the overall cost - it's a small (2 oz) container that costs a lot more than you would pay for a regular bottle of witch hazel that can serve the same purpose ( increased cleaning with T-paper).

Pros
  • SANITARY SAFE: Baby wipes aren't always good for your plumbing and often wreak havoc in public sewer systems, even when they're labeled "flushable." This foam keeps its shape until applied and then completely dissolves when cleaned. This makes Flushable Foam 100% safe for all plumbing and sewage systems.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
