As a lifelong creative, I couldn't wait to check out BENICCI's web storefront for art materials. However, I was extremely let down by my encounter. To begin with, the website was sluggish and confusing to use, which made searching for goods a chore. The merchandise offering was also meager and uninspiring. I was disappointed to find that many of the items I wanted were unavailable, and that those that were in possession were priced higher than similar offerings at competing online art retailers. Shipping took longer than anticipated, and the quality of the packaging was poor. Some of the items in my order were of low quality, and that was a major letdown when my shipment eventually arrived. The canvas I bought was torn and the paint containers were only halfway full. When I contacted BENICCI about the problems I was having with my order, customer support was also unhelpful. They were slow to react and provided no solutions or compensation for the subpar quality of their wares when they did. My entire time spent shopping at BENICCI online was a huge letdown and source of irritation. The shop's lack of quality supplies and consistent customer care makes me reluctant to suggest it to other artists.
