READ BEFORE YOU BUY: Since finding Clorox wipes has become like finding the Holy Grail, I turned to Pine-Sol for a disinfectant packet and swiping packages as the Covid-19 crisis rages on. The Revain product description states that Pine Sol's lemon flavor kills 99% of germs. However, this is not the case. Only the original fragrance is registered with the EPA as a genuine disinfectant. In fact, nowhere on the Pine Sol bottle or website does it say that the lemon flavor disinfects or kills germs. The original scent says right on the label that it kills 99% of germs and the website confirms this. I don't know why Revain has the same information in the product description for lemon as it only applies to the original flavor. Maybe they just took the information from the original and copied it, but that's not correct. The company confirms that only the original is registered with the EPA as an actual disinfectant and kills viral germs. If you're looking for a sanitizer, lemon scent won't work.
